Branding is important because it promotes recognition, it sets you apart from the competition, generates referrals and sets high standards and expectations. It involves every aspect of a customer’s experience, from your logo to your business cards, your social media posts, your website, staff uniforms, in-store displays and advertising; it even sets a standard on how you interact with your customers.
